Yay! You are a Pre-Approved homebuyer. Now it is time to shop for your new home. Some say besides closing day, this is the best part! As your agent, we will schedule all appointments, walk you through the home and point out special features and any defects we may run across. We will provide information on the neighborhood as well as comps. We also speak to the sellers agent about the home you desire to find out more information on what the home details. 

Once you find your home, we will submit your offer. Your agent will work hard to get all your offer accepted. We are master negotiators and fight for our clients during the offer period, Attorney Review, Inspection and so forth. We will "hold your hand" throughout the entire process so you know what is happening every step of the way.
